congo diamond leases

My info is that the diamond mine or should I say diamond leases are in the Congo, an old set of leases that have done the rounds before hence the lack of enthusiaium from Aussie investors, hopefully our German friends will warm to the deal. They need to keep the price up cus I 'm told that part of the deal will be a issue of shares at hopefully 50c AU or if not in the 40's.Time is of the essence cus many feel the resource boom is not as strong as it was, it's becoming a little harder for Companies to raise the doush compared to before the recent market correction.
