Because it's an old presentation.
The search parameters Jazz used included Sept and 2015 but if you look at the presso (whilst we haven't seen it b4 - prob cause aged) the last page:
"Now at end of Phase 2 of 3 planned phases
Phase 3 to produce a market-ready technology"
Those two sentences tell me this was done end last year or at best very early this year - check the phase timelines.
