Altura Mining (ASX:AJM) should open firmer again this morning and no doubt be cheering on Pilbara Minerals (ASX:PLS) after the latter posted more strong drilling results at its Pilgangoora lithium-tantalum project in Western Australia.
Prompting the optimism Altura owns adjoining tenements to Pilbara's Pilgangoora project and drilling by Pilbara looks to have found more lithium-tantalum outside of its current resource area judging by the lithium hits.
Which is good news for Altura which has a market capitalisation roughly one sixth of Pilbara Minerals.An update lithium resource at Altura's Pilgangoora project is 26.1 million tonnes at 1.2% Li2O for 315,000 tonnes of contained lithium.
