Companies entering LT growth need to expand their capital base, and be mindful of their shareholder profile. Having an army of small shareholders like me (under 500k) doesn't do much for them as time goes by. I understand there are very big holders on HC with way above 1M shares and one even with 1% of the company, but the average small holder will never go to the AGM's, probably never vote, probably never want to tip in any more capital - just sit back in the lounge enjoying a life with dividends.

Large holders/funds etc will do majority of the heavy lifting to support the company through LT growth.

So I wouldn't be knocking it.
