I think it is fair to say that negotiations with CDNTS is more than "a" risk.
It is the main reason why RWD offloaded the tenements to AMN in the first place.
CDNTS has never successfully signed off on an ILUA as far as I know.
I hold some AMN to diversify my interest in potash but I when it comes to risk I think we need to be honest with respect to project specific risk.
