Next leg for XRef

Given we're all waiting for DD completion and some company updates - I thought it would be worthwhile to gather our thoughts for the next leg of the KSO / XRef journey

What I like about XRef...
• the HR sector is proven in terms of being ripe for disruption (1PG, RFN, CV1...)
• and has delivered excellent gains for these other players
• XRef already have runs on the board - decent revenue via first grade clients
• website is clear / proposition is clear - save HR folks time and $$$
• masses of blue sky via international expansion...
