I'm interested in making an investment into a property development company as this is something missing from my portfolio. SGP interests me because of the links to retirement living villages but I'm not sure how aggressive they are in this area.
There's an obvious downtrend at the moment, but how much of that is just general market sentiment and not directly related to the company?
I know this SGP thread is very quiet so hoping to spark some discussion about the future of this company. What's your sentiment?
