Wind up the company, pay out holders at some ridiculously low price and keep what's in the bank for themselves.
I somehow think that ASIC may well be having a look at them as we speak. Let's hope so. This has happened before and it was not the shareholders of other companies that profited.
Anyway, this has all been discussed in days gone by. Let's face it the shite hit the fan a long time ago now.
