IN MY HONEST OPINION PDN will pick up in the LONG term (about 3 years from now). In the meantime the Uranium price will drop further and stagnate. This is exactly what's going to happen with PDN too. I now believe PDN's Buy out offer will be @ 15c but only after the share price drops to around the 3-5c mark within the next 12-24 months.
UBS announcements will be the key to buying into PDN as the current CEO is closely tied to this company.
