Good work Shire...I would imagine that when the shorts are covered there will be a mad exit for the door which will just reinforce the run when it comes.
Furthermore this new deal with the lease is brilliant. Now when the existing plays are proven up any familiar plays in the new lease will be 75% FAR...this means the drill bit will seriously have real meat on it.
The mind boggles.....
