They've been very conservative with the timeline for construction, one instance pointed out was that they're allowing nine months for a wet season that traditionally lasts three. I'm assuming the finance coming in at the end of the year has been accounted for and they're still sticking to that start date. As for what's coming between now and then I'm not too sure as Andrew couldn't divulge anything sensitive.
