My point has always been that the "duds" as you call them - I call them "clowns" are singularly responsible for mismanaging the company. The CEO (joke & an oxymoron) together with the legal rabbit + Board should be keel hauled.
If TWE do take over - watch the blood on the floor - as it must be.
