NOTIFICATION OF DIRECTOR NOMINATION DATE

For the purposes of Listing Rule 3.3.5 of the NZX Listing Rules, Tourism
Holdings Limited advises that its Annual Meeting will be held on Monday 23
November 2015 at 2.00pm at the Heritage Hotel in Auckland, and that the
