Love your work dunk. The pattern with Decmil has been that anytime the share price falls below a $1, their board start buying up. I used to believe it was because they knew something we didnt, but I no longer think that.
Only other thing I want to mention is that the village in Gladstone actually does have good occupancy, usually over 100%. It is almost their only source of income. But like previously mentioned that will slowly be declining over the next 12 months.
And they have recently appointed a General Manager of accommodation. Why?
