    There is clear and definite reference to a "forthcoming announcement" relating to an international expansion.
    Will be leverage to higher risk.

    So big target somewhere?

    When you look at COE with Madura, FAR with Senegal and the rerating that followed the spark of higher risk higher leverage plays, this could be the spark that kicks STU onto another price level.

    Could be worth a short term trade in the least...
