Other Hold Ups

Hi all, from heap of reading , what i also find is
1 Elections due in 3-4 weeks time.---no decision before.
2 3 day conferance soon for all Tanz govt depts to get all govt
documents above board (end bribes) for the wording of all contracts
for the large off take contracts to come.
3 USA will not give $400 million loan till this is done and all is transperent.
4 BUY Gas is for one of 5 gas fired power stations, 1st due on line fully by
november.
5 Tanz also neads standard documents so as to make soure that both oil companys and
Govt get a good deal for all conserned.
6 THIS ALL WILL TAKE A LITTLE LONGER, SO FOR HOLDERS CHILL LADS
IT WILL HAPPEN BUT ONLY WHEN THE TANZ GOVT HAS ALL THE BALLS IN A LINE AND IS HAPPY.
