tragic as it is, it can only be construed as an accident albeit due to reckless behaviour - I doubt there was any intent to seriously harm let alone kill anyone - and the 18 year old has, as might be expected, his own 'issues' as well...
just shows what can happen to anyone, any day, it is what it is....
