my mum used to cook all the time in a pressure cooker, lentils as well
green lentils with smoked, meaty bones (pork I think) with a stock , salt and pepper are great, throw in some potatoes and chopped carrot as well
and when you serve it, a bit of white vinegar sprinkled on top
if you want to make it Bavarian, then get yourself some quality sausages and also learn how to make spatzle

in this picture the lentils look a little underdone to me and i would pan fry the sausage as well to give it a bit of colour
