a bit of corporate action can sometimes be a good thing for the share price - no doubt they will look to take this over at some stage IMO.
I think they need 75% as its a special resolution and all but Steve Matthews are not up for election yet (I could be wrong on this) so they will need to make good case to get anywhere near that number.....
