I know the copies that I've seen of the press release in 2013 when he became CEO says he's a licensed lawyer and CPA. Maybe the press releases that are now online are incorrect. But I doubt it. Maybe NC didn't see the press release and somebody else wrote them and got confused. Doesn't seem too likely either.

I also know that when I search the comprehensive government data bases of law and CPA licenses they don't include him. Are there any mistakes in their records? I suspect so. Did they both make the same mistake by accidentally not including NC? You can judge those odds for yourself.
