This group requisitioning the meeting clearly has some association with Noble.
They are being used as a stalking horse to try and steal this asset.
The timing is excellent for Noble to move, but I hope they are unsuccessful.
There must be some very interesting information that the Noble Board representatives are aware of which may not be in the public domain - so we can expect the RES executive to now put everything 'out there' and on the table.
If PJ is going down, i am sure he will go down fighting!
If greater transparency of information proves positive, it may very well flush out a bid from any other interested party around the world (thinking Chinese or Indian?) that may be looking for a large quality open cut coal mine where most of the hard engineering, S.A. off take and marketing studies have been completed.
I can't see control changing hands at any price that will be less than that last capital raising price (in low 20's?).
