Good to see some strong management coming into organisation which will cut the fat. To the sceptics out there: Qantas was written off a couple of years ago and Mr Joyce came in and made strong decisions to get the organisation back on its feet. I appreciate Qantas is totally a different industry but with strong management and business models, a lot organisations will weather most financial storms. Unfortunately Richard O’Brien was not the best CEO to direct the company in these tough economic times.
