I had a think about this today and I have one sole issue with brierty. Management are unpredictable. I feel like this is because they are just a bit too dumb. It isn't their fault and it's hard to attract better levels of management when your talking about such measly amounts of money. I'd say that if I knew the management was out and solid management we're on the way in then I'd be fine but I don't and I'm not a gambler. For the simple reason that I don't trust management with my money I'm out for good.
