    2 questions:

    1: What % do you need to spill directors? Is it 50% or 75%?

    2: Have a look at the top 20 s/holders, are they backing PJ or Noble? In particular PIC?

    Don't forget PIC were part of the CLUB trying to screw us. - however this may have been mainly Noble's direction.

    Pitman what's your thoughts on which way PIC would go?
