The AGM is usually held mid November with the announcement giving the details issued mid October. Interestingly for the 10 years or so the Annual Report has been issued at the end of September, could it be that GK is very busy or maybe holding off for a few days so that some significant news can be included...anyone have any ideas as to the reason for the delay?
