Had not found the time till now to read in it's entirety, but of all the content this stood out:
"Further the company is highly leveraged to improving commodity prices with every 10% change increasing NPV by 48%"
Now markets are still roiled so no massive commodity price bounce coming tomorrow. But bounce will come.
Like everyone else, I look forward to the day ALK is 'discovered', which will probably occur one announcement or another in due course. But being willing to wait till production (Petra estimates 2018), prices between then and now matter little to me, providing we march forward. Come mid-construction it is hard to see a SP of <=25.
