    IMO: Let me take it as a positive news. If PSY can not deliver the promise as stated in the announcement on 4th August 2015, it means that they may be facing tough negotiations with other parties which are beyond their control or they may be waiting something big to happen which is still not materialised since it involves other parties. Hope something would come soon. It would be just a matter of time. Fingers crossed.
