Yep seems like directors have been rolled..

Hopefully this has been bought about by what we have watched upfold as the reality of the business vs reports and negative announcements must have upset more than just the HC faithful who have witnessed at least 5 WTF announcments over the last year.

The "Great Turnaround Story" as proclaimed in the PR spruiking Maryise may be more reality than the negative marketing we have all had an ear full of by now

The cognitive dissonance we must all be feeling as we see the COP plummet and a stable NI price vs the latest announcements stated the company is in dire straits.

Highly possible the company has been deceiving everybody.. the jury is not out as to weather its to the positive or negative side but many have pondered at the degree of secrecy surrounding much of the nuts and bolts of this business which is in "stealth" mode and in a purpetual state of non-disclousure.

Does Brazil want this back and are prepared to screw ASX holders.. does a private company or org or state enterprise want this and are looking to screw ASX holders.. we have known for some time an entity wants Mirabela and they will be looking to maximise the beatdown leading up to the take-over.. usual story to acquire the asset for pennies on the dollar

Im calling for fair value, the mining operation will not be closing down.. so what is this schitt really all about.. my thoughts are board was found to be not operating in the best interest of the shareholders.. vote of non-confidence.. goes into VA to sort the schitt out.

Pretty sure Brasil would lose hard out if this was to go under in the worst case scenerio.. tax etc alone would be enough to keep this puppy open.. im anticipating better than Apocalypse / Armageddon news
