Origin did not have assets of interest to sell....also they did not have a process in place to sell assets... STO is currently running a process and there is explicit interest from a number of parties in its assets...
The question is does any of the parties doing due diligence considers it worth more making a full takeover rather acquiring certain assets... OSH is well placed for a scrip deal....
