As Valuesnatcher has pointed out the drop seems related to the acquisition of a controlling interest in Baycorp by Encore. Yet that news hasn't made much difference to the share prices of CLH and PNC so far. Dipped my toe in around 9.30 for a trade. Still cum a 22c FF div so trading at around 10x forecast earnings down here. Seems a bit early in the year for a large downgrade given they only released guidance last month
