    I think you will find the board of DGR are very tight with the board of AJQ. Westside may make an offer on DGR but I really don't know if they want the other subs tha come along with it. Sandon Capital (SNC) also requested a Copy of the Share registry earlier in the year and nothing came of it (to date anyway).
