making more progress on a bigger scale this time

Seems every time I look at the ASX recently PCE is making joint venture and co-operation announcements. this one looks much better in that it targets BIG systems. I may be wrong but I thought the International Energy Authority was keenly developing this kind of "Solar Panels in the world deserts" concept.
