The June 2015 quarterly has no going concern qualification so which quarter was it? Realistically it should have been the June quarterly that should have had more warning seeing as a few months later the company is going down the s***ter.
I think all the speculation is quite off-putting so as has been said before it's best to make peace with the potential loss first and if you want to put your energy into the class action then so-be-it. Everyone putting in their 2 cents about why it happened and what happens next.. well we had the same issue with everyone proposing MBN would be one of the only nickel producers left standing after many companies go into care and maintenance and yet MBN is the one to go into VA not even care and maintenance.

That's because the number in Q1 backed it up and in Q2 (to some extent given the COP dropped to 4.72US/lb using REAL of only 3.07.....and they said they had a backlog of nickel sales)
