Cadence Capital Limited (ASX Code: CDM) (‘the Company”) today announces it has
successfully raised $18 million at $1.43 through its Placement. This brings the total amount
raised through the Options exercise and placement to $137 million
37.9 million @ $1.43 = $54 mill.odd....the shortfall only got covered upto $18mill.
