If what you say is true behind the scene, as much as management should/could update us on the situation, it's most likely best to keep it under wrap to try and fix it internally between the 2 companies unless the deal gets called off then both companies will need to announce accordingly.

But to say PSY's tech is only worth 1% of their revenue, they are low balling us, and if I was Terry, I'd walk away from it and offer it to their competitors for a better % lol, and let ERJ offer their stuff to China without LumiMEMS.
