Annual Meeting and Director Nominations

GeoOp Limited (GEO) announces that its 2015 Annual Meeting is to be held on
16 November 2015 at 12.00 noon at the company's offices located on level 3,
12 Heather Street, Parnell, Auckland, New Zealand.  Other details relating to
the meeting will be advised in the Notice of Meeting, which will be
distributed in due course.

For the purposes of NZAX Listing Rule 3.2.2, GEO advises that the opening
date for nominations for directors is today, 5 October 2015.  The closing
date for nominations for directors will be 16 October 2015. All nominations
must be received by 5:00pm on the closing date.  Nominations may only be made
by a shareholder entitled to attend and vote at the Annual Meeting.
