I believe he got caught as he's a small fish in the financial market. He was one person who tried to hide his movements using 9 different trading accounts (fairly obvious to the judge that even the guy doing it knew he was wrong). Maybe if he did all his trades with the one account it might have been harder to prove anything.
Big companies simply find it easier to hide what they are doing as they get others to boost the price of short depending on where they want to go. To catch them you need a whistleblower to come forward (just my opinion).

Looks like a quiet long weekend for most of the states. Only WA, VIC, Tas & NT working today. Not much to report however until the Athena gets on site.
