According to the fiscal year 2015 audited financial statements, PDN had negative cash flow from operating and investing activities of $40.3M. It only increased cash on hand by new debt and equity financing. I'm not sure where the $4 profit per pound comes from since the 2015 gross profit was negative $1.8M, and the after tax net loss was $300.1M.
