Company directors should be doing all they can to ensure the placement is at the best possible price for shareholders in general but the opposite is occurring. They sit on their hands and let the price slip, so that buddies get a bargain.
I'm not asking them to lie, exaggerate or obfuscate... simply tell us about their income form sales or services ( I'm assuming there is some good news to be gained from these figures!) or tell us about their role in that Surgeons' Conference. Am I right in saying we found out about that conference from hc and not from the company?
Don't quite know what the pr mob are doing to justify their appointment!
