The price targets are really useless when you consider in percentage terms what they are talking about. As usual these sorts of reports to little to enlighten the mug punter. If you think a company is awesome and has great growth prospects and may double in 3 years (for example) then it never gets captured in this type of report, because the analyst cant be too over the top, so the benefit of this type of research is seldom useful, apart from helping us to get to know the business without having to research it ourselves.
Just my opinion.
