I think that a new "Notice of General Meeting" or amendment will need to be issued, together with an amended "Independent Experts Report".
On that note it will be interesting to see if their "Fair and Reasonable" assessment will remain the same, as the last one stated Not Fair but Reasonable [see section 4.8 of last notice of general meeting].
