No for every 7 shares you have they will give you the chance to buy 4 shares at $4 each.

You can do that then sell them later at whatever price. Or you can sell those rights now, for whatever the market price is ($5.46 as I type this) and you get given the difference, in that the person that purchases them pays you the $1.46 a share and they have to pay the $4 to origin. Thats how they are making their money in this capital raising. Creating more shares and selling them. Remember it also means your previous shares are 30% less because they issued so many shares you now own less of the company...
