Everyone's shell shocked even if they can see advantages and benefits in Sidewinder with the high ranking consultants and advisors recommending they get real and drill something that may well produce results later after the licences are approved moving into production all going well at a later stage. Holders have been thrown a curved ball with The Fraser Range Projects with a more work required yet category still. The Fraser Range projects are going to take time, anyone can see that now.

The other matter that is throwing traders out of kilter is the slowdown of nickel demand. Why has this happened As mining.com has analysed late this year, China had been making lots of cheap nickel from this high-grade Indonesian ore and stocked up before the door shut. We're not quite sure when the Chinese will run out of that ore, but it's almost certainly before the end of this year. Once that happens, a shortfall of 200,000 or 300,000 tons a year could push the price up from the current $5 a pound ($5/lb) range to something more like $11, 12 or 13/lb. Remember, the price of nickel got into the $20/lb neighbourhood in 2007.

    Their words not mine.

As for the charts people are right. It is at its lowest price ever. The price recently went 6 times higher than it is now a few months ago as the 50 day M/A 5 year chat showed a double top and a free-fall from there after some heavies came in with a capital raise and a big U S holder came in and suddenly pulled out abruptly. That was the end of the share price from then on.
The price is definitely in a stage 1 basing stage, definitely oversold if the company does have a future. It depends on the momentum now. If it goes progressively up with proper reporting and timely analysis and not leave its traders sitting on rubber tubes in the middle of the ocean, then there is a possibility for some upward growth. It is known that the basing stage is the time for good gains if the momentum turns upwards or if you can anticipate it. It's a watch and see from here on I'd say..
