checking out the bill
1. they have increased the service/connection fee by 28%
2. they have reduced the electricity fee by 12.4%
they are taking from the poor, prudent & conservationists and giving to the rich & wasteful
instead of 'Robin Hood' its 'Hood Robin'
instead of Friar Tuck its Triar ......!
