I haven't seen the letter so its difficult to assess the arguments presented in it. Perhaps a link to the letter might be useful?
I've no doubt that the company has solid prospects whoever wins the vote.
Given this, unless you disagree, doesn't it really come down to a choice as to which directors are most likely to take the company into the future.
So, my question is, is there a vision for the future in the letter? If there isn't, I'm struggling to understand why a return to the past is a smart idea?
