I think if you had no intent to convert you'd be a fool to be holding beyond this week. I can't imagine a stampede happening.
Remember that regardless of what you paid for the ops then you would still convert as they are in the money and you would be loosing money by letting them expire.
There's still a fair bit of buying up of options at that 10% discount, which makes me think there's some very smart buyers lurking in the background.
