Hi folks, as a tix holder my interest in the tix bid is long term, with short term benefits going to ani holders (kpmg estimates the tix bid is a 10% premium over nta).
But the ani board's reasoning in yesterday's documents motivated me to report several issues through apost on the tix forum. I didn't cross post, so here is the link. Logical corrections to any errors i made are welcome.
