why doesnt 1pg get in on au market?, page-45

Why do we need to watch out for the 15m shares? From my understanding the majority are held by Joanna/insiders and also some already large holders who could have sold some at any time with existing holdings if they wanted to! I'm pretty sure that the larger boys on the register or those who cover 1PG have it covered if any were to want to sell any and this would be a simple cross trade or transfer facilitated by them.
