I'm not much better informed than you gogo, but my understanding is they are drilling the periphery of the reserve they believe to be there, which doesn't usually bring about stellar results but tries to define the limits. I have held a few stocks where they basically drill through the middle of an historically known reserve and everyone goes crazy for a couple of days then the penny drops. I believe/hope these guys are spending our money more wisely.
