You are missing the point that it doesn't matter when they sit the appeals!
Our judgement, (ability to make considered decisions or come to sensible conclusions), can be handed down by the courts without the judges even present in SI!
So this can happen at anytime!
Maybe looking for a date set on Friday, but nothing confirmed 100% as just chatter on HotCopper!
IMOR the date will NOT be within this lot of appeal sittings!
However I am very excited and look forward to finally having, (in writing), a date that we can expect a final positive decision from the Judges!
